Unfortunately as in any industry there are unscrupulous individuals & companies that earn a living by collecting deposits and making it a logistical nightmare in trying to get a refund.

Most brokers give you a "GREAT" quote in an attempt to collect a deposit; after the deposit is made, the quoted price maybe inflated at your expense, Also known as the “Bump Game” and the deposit is non-refundable. Your situation becomes either you pay the new inflated price to get your car moved or you find a new transport company & lose your deposit. On the other hand, we don’t collect deposits. Just pay our driver at delivery. We do not need your deposit to hold a space on one of our carriers. We go based on your word that we have the order, and will send you our agreement that we would honor once we receive all the information for pick up & delivery. That’s it!
